SEPTEMBER - OCTOBER
The online application for Hesburgh-Yusko Class of 2016 opens September 1, 2011.

Note that the applicant must complete the Early Action application for Notre Dame by November 1st. Please give your student ample time to work on Notre Dame’s application as well as The Hesburgh-Yusko Scholars Program application.

Through this link, the nominee can create a personal account for the application. The student is responsible for entering your name and email address into the High School Information section of their application. Completion of this form generates an automatic email sent to your email address, which grants you access to the Counselor Nomination Form. After you receive your username and password in this email, you will be able to log in to the website to complete the Counselor Nomination Form.

NOVEMBER
The Early Action application to Notre Dame is due November 1, 2011.
The application to The Hesburgh-Yusko Scholars program is due November 15, 2011.
Please note that student applicants cannot submit their application before you have submitted your Counselor Nomination Form.
DECEMBER - JANUARY

FEBRUARY
Semi-finalist decisions will be announced via e-mail, and in early February, phone or Skype interviews of all advanced applicants will occur.
Finalists will be announced in late February.
MARCH
The Finalist Visit is scheduled for March 24-27, 2012. All expenses for the visit to Notre Dame’s campus, including round-trip transportation, are fully underwritten by the Program. Finalists will interview with teams of faculty, staff, alumni, and students and will learn more about what the Program and University have to offer.
